About The Position
Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist for their outpatient clinic in Fuquay-Varina, NC. This role offers opportunities for mentorship, residency education, specialty programs, leadership, non-clinical roles, and future clinic ownership. The clinic prioritizes sustainable caseloads and exceptional patient care, with productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards. The use of ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool, is intended to reduce documentation time, allowing for more quality patient interaction and keeping notes at work. The company also offers Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs) and a Clinical Career Ladder to incentivize clinical accomplishments. An internal travel program is available, and employees have the opportunity to open their own clinics with equity. Multiple residency and specialty programs are offered, including two partnered with HSS. Ivy Rehab also funds an NPTE Prep Course.
Requirements
- Licensed (or pending licensure) Physical Therapist required.
- Graduate of an accredited PT program required.
- Team-oriented with a passion for learning and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care.

- Engage in opportunities for mentorship, residency education, specialty programs, and leadership.
- Participate in Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs).
