This is a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist position (30-40 hrs/week depending on preference) in an Outpatient Ortho setting at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy in Chesapeake, VA. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist required
A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding outcomes
A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

Responsibilities

Design personalized treatment plans that could involve a mix of stretching, strengthening, and modalities (ultrasound, heat, ice).
Lead patients through exercises and stretches that build strength and flexibility for conditions like knee replacement recovery or sprained ankles.
Keep track of patient’s progress, making sure they’re improving and adjusting the treatment plan if needed.
Teach patients the secrets of injury prevention, good posture, and how to move with confidence.
Collaborate with orthopedic doctors, surgeons, and other specialists to ensure patients receive the best care possible.
