About The Position

Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is now partnered with Excel PT and is seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist for their outpatient clinic in Hackettstown, NJ. At Ivy Rehab, Physical Therapists have opportunities for mentorship, residency education, specialty programs, leadership, non-clinical roles, and future clinic ownership. They utilize ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool, to reduce documentation time and allow clinicians to spend more quality time with patients. Ivy Rehab also offers Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs) such as Ivy Pride, Early Career Development, Wellness & Work Life Balance, and Military, a Clinical Career Ladder to incentivize clinical accomplishments, an internal travel program, and opportunities for clinicians to open their own clinics with equity. They also provide multiple residency and specialty programs, two of which are partnered with HSS, and fund NPTE Prep Courses.

Requirements

Licensed (or pending licensure) Physical Therapist
Graduate of an accredited PT program
Team-oriented with a passion for learning and professional growth
