Requirements
- License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state (Virginia).
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Eagerness to grow & learn.
- Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.).
- Team player.
Responsibilities
- Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
- Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
- Engage in opportunities for professional growth, including mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities.
- Continuously improve patient outcomes, patient access, and utilize the best technology to support teammates and patients.
