We are seeking dedicated PRN Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to provide flexible, as needed coverage to support our growing caseload. Requirements

Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work on an as-needed basis, aligning availability with staffing needs.
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
An active Kentucky Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license.
Earned an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program.
Passed the state licensure exam.
Fulfilled the state’s requirements for licensure.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility, including long term and short term rehab.
Collaborate with the therapy team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Adapt therapy approaches to meet the diverse needs of patients across various stages of recovery.
Document patient progress and communicate effectively with team members and healthcare providers.
