Requirements

As a PT you are naturally empathetic, friendly, and love what you do!
Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
Active New York PT license
Tech Savvy - thrive in a multi-platform environment, comfortably switching between systems (EHR, messaging, scheduling) without missing a beat
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and an ability to collect and present meaningful data to drive decisions
Strong relationship-building and listening skills
Demonstrated patient focus; a genuine passion for the user and their experience
Ability to multi-task and manage various types of users
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
The flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
The ability to influence change and bring enthusiasm and excitement to the workplace

Nice To Haves

2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus
Experience in behavioral modification, Health Coach Certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide remote monitoring services to help support patients as they progress through their home-exercise therapy program
Direct and assist users in therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training through our technology platform
Provide ongoing feedback to the evaluating clinician on patient progress outside of the clinic
Maintains necessary records and notes while providing remote monitoring
Assist with improving processes and functionality of the platform
Organize and manage a caseload while staying efficient
