About The Position
As a PRN Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, you take pride in being a vital part of the rehabilitation team. Under the supervision of physicians and licensed physical therapists, you get to know your patients and champion them physically and mentally through their recovery process by administering therapeutic procedures or treatments based on the physical therapist's evaluation and plan of care. Collaborating with colleagues and caregivers, you love taking the journey with each and every patient and so you strive to take your technical abilities to the next level by welcoming education in-service programs and constructive suggestions. Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) through the Louisiana Physical Therapy Board.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR/BLS certification.
- Compassion for patients and their families.
