Requirements

Active Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility for licensure)
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
A dependable, team-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude

Responsibilities

Partner closely with Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care
Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and hands-on treatment techniques
Progress treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes
Motivate and educate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey
Help maintain a professional, upbeat clinic environment focused on results
