Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Part Time or Full Time
About The Position
HTS is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team at a CMS 5-Star rated senior living community in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This position offers a competitive hourly rate and a flexible schedule of consistent three-, four- or five-days per week. The part-time position is 20-24 hours per week. A full-time option is available if paired with another CMS 5-Star rated senior living community in Berne, Indiana. The full-time schedule would include Tuesdays and Thursdays in Berne, with the remaining days in Fort Wayne. Requirements
- Must possess an active State Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
- Applicants without a current PTA license or who do not meet the qualifications to earn licensure will not be considered.
- Must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license.
- Qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
