Requirements

Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient therapy services.
Collaborate with physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Participate in Luminis Health’s Orthopedic Residency Program (optional).
Treat patients with non-surgical and post-operative presentations, including sport-specific rehabilitation, joint and spine management.
Work with specialized programs in orthopedics, pelvic health, hand, neurology, and lymphedema.
Maintain appropriate and optimal caseloads.
Support specialty therapy services based on therapist interests.
Advance career through opportunities to become a clinical instructor, lead a clinic, direct operations, or launch a new facility.
