About The Position
Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), a therapist-owned and operated company since 2016, is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for their outpatient setting in Sebring, FL. As the provider of outpatient therapy services for AdventHealth, TPS is part of a strong, multidisciplinary team focused on coordinated, patient-centered care. Requirements
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapist assistant program
- Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy services.
- Treat patients with non-surgical and post-operative presentations.
- Rehabilitate patients with sport-specific injuries and manage joint and spine conditions.
- Collaborate with physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with AdventHealth colleagues and surgeons to develop a comprehensive healthcare approach.
- Collaborate with referral sources and surgeons for foundational knowledge to guide personalized treatments.
