Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant required (New grads are encouraged to apply!)
A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding outcomes
A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

Responsibilities

Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
Pursue multiple professional tracks, including mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities.
Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
Engage in hands-on learning and collaboration.
Participate in Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs) such as Ivy Pride, Early Career Development, Wellness & Work Life Balance, and Military.
