Requirements

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license
• Comfort working independently in the home setting

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse and engaging caseload, supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that values shared knowledge and teamwork.
• Provide home health therapy services.
• Deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Participate in a Clinical Excellence Academy, which includes mentorship, advanced training and certifications, and access to a virtual educational series.
• Engage in individualized clinical and professional development.
• Complete documentation training to encourage confidence and efficiency.
• Utilize virtual educational series for learning.
