As the provider of home health therapy services for Pruitt Home Healthcare, TPS is part of a strong, multidisciplinary team dedicated to exceptional patient care. Requirements
- Graduate (current or pending) of an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
- Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license.
- New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Work with a diverse and engaging caseload.
- Provide home health therapy services.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses, and physicians.
- Deliver collaborative, coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Complete documentation training to encourage confidence and efficiency.
- Participate in individualized clinical and professional development programs.
- Manage caseload with thoughtful scheduling and defined territories.
- Minimize drive time between visits.
