About The Position
MTM Pharmacy locations are hiring a full-time or part-time bilingual Vietnamese/English pharmacy technician who can multitask and possess great customer service skills. We like excellent customer service, proficiency in multitasking, working well in a fast-paced environment, dedication, and kindness to patients, strong communication skills, honesty, hard work, & genuine.

- Prior experience as a pharmacy clerk or pharmacy technician.
Responsibilities
- Greet and communicate with patients and healthcare providers in person and by phone promptly.
- Maintained pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level.
- Anticipated needed medications and supplies; placed and expedited orders; verified receipts; removed outdated drugs.
- Maintained a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintain proper storage and security conditions for drugs.
- Protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and procedures.
- Read the medication orders and prescriptions; prepare labels; calculate quantities and days' supply.
- Fill medications, assemble intravenous solutions and other pharmaceutical therapies.
- Maintain records by recording and filing physicians’ orders and prescriptions.
- Generate revenues by calculating, recording, and issuing charges.
- Ensure medication availability by delivering medications to patients and departments.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
