Requirements
- Active pharmacy technician license required
- Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
- Proficiency in EHR systems and pharmacy software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy
Responsibilities
- Manage refill requests
- Perform medication reconciliations
- Collaborate with clinical staff to monitor medication adherence
- Receive and organize daily medication deliveries
- Maintain inventory and storage standards
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines
