About The Position
As a Home Care Specialist with Mira Home, you will play a vital role in keeping our customers happy and their homes pest-free! You worry about the bugs so they don’t have to. This role offers field independence, a company vehicle, and great earning potential with competitive base pay, performance bonuses, and commission opportunities.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (3+ years driving experience).
- Comfortable working outdoors and entering residential homes.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and operate equipment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in pest control is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties and apply targeted pest control solutions safely.
- Record pest activity and treatment details after each appointment.
- Adhere to all product labels and state regulations to ensure safe and compliant practices.
- Be the friendly face our customers trust to solve their problems.
- Keep your company vehicle and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order.
