What You’ll Do: This is a hybrid role combining inspection treatment, and customer-facing expertise. Perform general pest control services (residential and commercial) Conduct WDO/termite inspections and clearly communicate findings Complete termite treatments (local, soil, baiting systems) Work in subareas, attics, and tight-access environments Educate customer on prevention and long-term solutions Maintain accurate service reports and documentation Represent the company with professionalism in every interaction
Requirements
- good driving record (NO handsfree tickets)
- ability to pass a drug screen (no exceptions)
- Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties without accommodations
- Must pass a Drug Screen (NO exceptions), clean DMV (NO handsfree tickets) and Background check (Live Scan fingerprint check)
- Candidates must be 18 years of age or older
- Applicator License (REQUIRED, unless you have Branch 2)
- 2+ years of proven customer service experience

- Active Branch 2 & Branch 3 licenses
- Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and physically demanding environments
