About The Position

All calls are inbound calls only - no cold calling. This position is temporary, with the potential for a permanent position after the contract ends. A distraction-free and quiet workspace is essential during training and work hours. Furry friends and household commotion should take a back seat.

Requirements

• Producer Personal Lines License is required.
• NPN# ready for application.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must have open availability during operating hours.
• Professional customer service aptitude is essential.
• Basic conflict resolution skills.
• Must reside in Georgia.
• A hardwired high speed internet connection.
• A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production.
• Cannot be a primary care provider during hours of operation.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred 6 months – 2 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service.

• Independently study and successfully pass continued education to keep license active.
