About The Position

Casa de Amparo is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Outpatient Therapist and Clinical Supervisor to join their team, supported by Mission Edge. This role involves providing comprehensive clinical services within the TrueCare outpatient network, including individual therapy and clinical supervision to associate-level staff. The position requires collaboration with Casa de Amparo and TrueCare partners on treatment planning and consultation.

Requirements

  • Must be currently licensed as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC with a valid BBS number.
  • Must meet all California BBS requirements to provide clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians.
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Must be able to be associated with Casa de Amparo through Community Care Licensing (CCL), including FBI, DOJ, and CACI clearance.
  • Strong interpersonal, time-management, and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate computer literacy is required.
  • English proficiency is required.
  • Ability to comply with employment requirements including CPR/Pediatric 1st Aid, TB clearance, and drug screen.
  • Must have a clear DMV record and be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent, high-quality clinical supervision to associate-level therapists, ensuring adherence to state licensing board standards.
  • Provide comprehensive therapy (individual, group, and family) and parent education as appropriate for the outpatient setting.
  • Administer assessments and complete required documentation, including Behavioral Health Assessments, Client Plans, and progress notes.
  • Assess client needs, strengths, and level of functioning to establish psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
  • Consult with Casa de Amparo leadership and TrueCare clinical teams regarding assessment and treatment.
  • Maintain contract productivity standards, prioritizing tasks to accommodate the daily needs of the outpatient setting.
  • Provide services to clients not on a regularly assigned caseload to support the program during staff absences.
