About The Position

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) to join our growing outpatient therapy team at Ellie Mental Health in Palatine. While we offer hybrid flexibility based on client needs, this role is primarily in person at our Palatine office. Clinicians should expect to work at least 70 percent of their time in the office. Our mission is to expand access to high-quality mental health care while creating an environment where clinicians feel supported, valued, and empowered to do their best work. Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 by Erin Pash, LMFT, and Kyle Keller, LICSW, when they opened the first Ellie clinic in Minneapolis. Since then, the Ellie Fam has grown into a national network of locally owned clinics committed to breaking down barriers in mental health care. Our culture is built on the values of: Authenticity, Humor, Compassion, Creativity, Acceptance, Determination. Ellie therapists are encouraged to bring creativity, personality, and authenticity into the therapy room. We value clinicians who are collaborative, flexible, and excited to be part of a supportive team environment. Ellie was created to be a different kind of mental health workplace.
