About The Position

Conveniently located in W, Cummings Park in Woburn,, adjacent to both Route 93 and Route 95. An ideal candidate will be independently licensed in MA. Requirements

Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
On track to obtain licensure in their designated field
Clinical licensure or be working toward licensure, in MA
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Ability to work within a multi-cultural lens
Proficient in Electronic Health Record systems

Responsibilities

Conducting Initial Clinical Assessments, Developing and implementing treatment plans, Completing ongoing documentation including, but not limited to, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
Providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
Maintaining a caseload of a minimum of 25 clinical hours per week, if full-time status
Coordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff, as needed
Attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and in-service trainings
