About The Position

At Wright Directions Family Services, we are committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based mental and behavioral health services to children and adolescents. Our mission is to help children thrive emotionally, behaviorally, and socially while supporting the families who love them. We are seeking a licensed or provisionally licensed therapist to provide in-office services to a small caseload of children at our Ridgeland location. This full-time, flexible role is perfect for a clinician who values impact over volume and wants to grow within a supportive, trauma-informed environment.

Requirements

• Active LPC-A, LMSW, or higher-level licensure in South Carolina
• Ability to provide services in-person at the Ridgeland office
• Dependable, flexible, and committed to trauma-informed, client-centered care

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children and adolescents preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy services to a small, dedicated caseload of youth
• Maintain in-office availability
• Complete timely documentation, treatment planning, and progress notes
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and Wright Directions staff to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in supervision and team support as needed
