About The Position
Intercept Health is seeking a Licensed or License-Eligible Substance Abuse Counselor to provide and support outpatient counseling services and care coordination to clients suffering from substance abuse. Requirements
- Master's in Counseling, Counselor Education, or Social Work.
- Licensed LPC, LCSW, LSATP, or license eligible.
- Experience working in a team environment with individuals who suffer from substance abuse.
Responsibilities
- Provide and support outpatient counseling services to clients who suffer from substance abuse.
- Provide care coordination to clients who suffer from substance abuse.
