About The Position

Pavillon's outpatient drug and alcohol treatment program located in Mill Spring, North Carolina seeks full-time licensed or certified Outpatient Counselor. Hybrid work schedule.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services or a related field
• Appropriate state licensure/certification or working towards
• Satisfactory criminal background check
• Clean urine drug screen

Nice To Haves

• At least 3 years’ experience in addiction or substance use disorder field preferred

Responsibilities

• Providing addiction/substance use disorder assessment, education, counseling and therapy for clients in individual and/or group setting.
• Works proficiently in all 12 core functions of SA counseling with emphasis in the areas of: assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, didactic presentations.
