About The Position

This is a part-time opportunity, requiring one day per week in your own office. Requirements

• Active OD, MD, or DO license
• Your own office or established practice in or near Forty Fort, PA (required)
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with report writing

Responsibilities

• Perform focused eye exams, including visual acuity and visual fields
• Document vision impairment for evaluation purposes (not diagnosis or treatment)
• Complete clear, objective medical reports
