About The Position

PDS Optical is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that manufactures a large volume of eyeglasses daily, with Optical Laboratories in Louisville, KY and Fort Lauderdale, FL, and manages numerous optical stores across the US and Puerto Rico. PDS Optical is growing and is seeking an experienced Licensed Optician to join their team, based out of the West Palm Beach, VA. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, experienced, and dependable individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with regular hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday, with no nights or weekends. The company offers competitive pay based on experience, plus commissions and bonuses, with no cap on earning potential. The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00 per hour.

Requirements

Must have your ABO Certification and FL State License
Experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Dependable and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel to various locations.

Provide the highest level of customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.

Adhere to security clearance requirements by passing a background check.
