As a licensed optician, you will help lead luxury stores to success by creating and maintaining a strong customer base. You will consistently offer an exceptional experience, exceeding expectations in service and sales, and assist the store manager in ensuring optical quality control compliance.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- State license or certification as an optician by a nationally recognized optician association
- 2+ years of sales experience in the luxury service sector
- Knowledge of current optical theory and practices
- Experience in a retail sales environment
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Maintain extremely high sales and service standards.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to build and maintain a loyal clientele.
- Expertly guide customers in selecting frames and lenses that best suit their lifestyle, wardrobe, prescription (Rx), and price point.
- Demonstrate flawless accuracy in taking and recording measurements, fitting eyewear, and executing tasks in detail.
- Ensure eyewear meets the impeccable precision standards worthy of luxury services.
- Understand and support all luxury service sales policies and procedures.
- Train and coach managers and associates.
- Represent the vision, mission, and values of Luxottica Retail; celebrate wins; lead by example.
