About The Position

Relient Health is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across Washington. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement positions. Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location. Current OT openings are available in Aberdeen, Bellingham, Ephrata, Pasco, Puyallup, Seattle, South Bend, and additional Washington markets. This role is specific to licensed Occupational Therapists practicing within a rehabilitation department and is not for CNA, nursing assistant, medical assistant, therapy aide, or non-licensed support roles.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) program
  • Active Washington OT license, or eligibility/pending licensure
  • Ability to work full-time in one of the listed Washington markets
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver skilled occupational therapy services in a rehabilitation setting
  • Promote patient independence with ADLs, functional tasks, mobility, and safety
  • Document patient care using EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards
  • Collaborate with COTAs, rehab staff, nursing teams, and interdisciplinary care providers
