About The Position

Beacon Health Management is recruiting for experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrators for their skilled nursing facilities located in multiple cities throughout Georgia. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall management of a facility, including planning, developing, directing, and supporting all operational, administrative, clinical, and fiscal activities for the facility's programs and services.

Requirements

• Must have a Georgia Nursing Home Administrator License
• 3 to 5 years experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
• Should have overall operations knowledge
• Excellent communication and managerial skills
• Should be a role model
• Must be able to problem solve any concerns raised by residents, families, visitors and staff
• Solid work history within the healthcare community
• Must meet all local health regulations
• This requirement also includes criminal background investigation and reference inquiry

Responsibilities

• Overall management of a facility
