Requirements
- Current Ohio Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve operational goals.
Nice To Haves
- Prior leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Lead, coach, and develop department managers and facility staff.
- Drive quality outcomes, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational goals.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, and community partners.
- Promote a culture of accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement.
