About The Position
Dove Healthcare is searching for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) for its West Eau Claire location. This is a rare opportunity for the right candidate to lead a team at Dove Healthcare - West Eau Claire, an 83-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. The campus is supported by an experienced management team and a full-time director at the assisted living residence. Dove Healthcare operates 11 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, six assisted living residences, and three independent living complexes across various Wisconsin locations. Their core services include rehabilitation, post-hospital care, ventilator care, skilled nursing, long-term and end-of-life care, as well as senior independent living, assisted living, and memory care. They are committed to providing compassionate care and service through high standards, disciplined leadership, and mutual respect.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or adequate experience in a healthcare setting
- Current Wisconsin licensed nursing home administrator or be in the process of obtaining a license
- Good problem solver
