About The Position
Altercare Summit Acres is seeking experienced, dynamic Licensed Nursing Home Administrators to serve their Caldwell location. The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the facility, ensuring that services meet or exceed federal, state, local, and company standards. They must operate profitably within corporate budgetary guidelines. The successful candidate will develop employee, community, and industry communication and relationships while providing direction and oversight for the overall operations, including regulatory compliance, marketing, clinical, and financial control.
Requirements
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Ohio.
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field.
- 1-2 years minimum experience in skilled nursing facility management.
- Proven success in building a team committed to providing exceptional resident care.
Responsibilities
