Lebanon Center is Now Hiring Per Diem LNAs! Per Diem. Make Your Own Schedule! Required 1 weekend per month (2 shifts) and 2 holidays per year (1 spring & 1 fall). Requirements
- Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program.
Responsibilities
- The Licensed Nursing Assistant - LNA works under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide specific direct and indirect patient and resident care.
- Assist patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
- Report changes in patient and residents' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.
- Participate in the care planning process.
