About The Position
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Full-time Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) for all shifts, offering generous shift differentials. Full-time employees are eligible for Medical Benefits or Modified Compensation, which provides an additional 25% on the base rate of pay. A $3,000 Retention Bonus is available for this position. Requirements
- Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program.
Responsibilities
- Works under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide specific direct and indirect patient and resident care.
- Assist patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
- Report changes in patient and residents' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.
- Participate in the care planning process.
