About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Full-Time Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to provide personalized, one-on-one care to seniors in their homes throughout Nashua and Manchester, NH. This role offers a rewarding career without the demands of working in a nursing facility, allowing you to focus on one client at a time, build meaningful relationships, and provide care based on each individual's needs. We offer flexible scheduling with short shifts available, making home care a great option for LNAs looking for consistent hours while maintaining flexibility. Many client visits are 2-4 hours, and caregivers may be scheduled with multiple clients throughout the day to help reach their desired weekly hours.

Requirements

• Current and valid LNA license
• Compassionate, dependable and professional
• Ability to provide quality one-on-one care
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to work independently in a client's home
• Willingness to complete required employment and background screening

Nice To Haves

• Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred
• Experience is a plus, but we're looking for compassionate LNAs who are committed to providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and activities of daily living
• Bathing, dressing and grooming
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Mobility and transfers
• Companionship and social support
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping related to the client's care
• Transportation and errands when needed
• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition
• Following the client's individualized care plan
