LNA Licensed Nursing Assistant Part Time
About The Position
Nashua Crossings is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide resident care in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. This is a part-time opportunity with shifts available on days (6 a.m.–2 p.m.), evenings (2 p.m.–10 p.m.), and nights (10 p.m.–6 a.m.). The listed pay is $19.50–$20.25 per hour. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, documenting care and reporting changes in health or behavior, engaging residents in meaningful activities, and providing emotional support and exceptional, meaningful care. Requirements
- A valid CNA, HHA, or LNA license is required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
- Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Perform other duties as needed.
