About The Position
Benchmark at Rye is seeking Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join their team for full-time opportunities. This role involves delivering care to residents in a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment within a new Assisted Living apartment expansion of an award-winning memory care community. The position offers various shifts including days (6a-2p), evenings (2p-10p), and nights (10p-6a), with a pay rate of $20-21.25/HR.
Requirements
- Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license or caregiver experience required
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
- Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
- Other duties as needed
