About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Licensed Nursing Assistants to provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes in Nashua and surrounding communities. This full-time position guarantees 40 hours per week and offers a consistent schedule. Pay is $20–$25 per hour, with daily pay. Additional hours may be available. The role includes mileage reimbursement and paid travel time when applicable, along with PTO/paid sick time, a 401(k) with employer match, benefits for eligible employees, and a referral bonus.

Requirements

• Current New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in clients’ homes.
• Dependable attendance and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing and dressing.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers.
• Prepare meals.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship.
• Follow the client’s care plan.
• Report changes in a client’s condition.
