About The Position
The Courville at Manchester is a Senior Healthcare Community in Manchester's North End. We are locally owned, locally operated and committed to providing personalized service and care. We’re looking for Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our dedicated staff. We are seeking dependable and caring LNAs to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, support nursing staff, and help create a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for patients/residents. We value team members who are reliable, empathetic and detail-oriented. This position is perfect for a motivated and energetic individual! Requirements
- Must have an active NH LNA license
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
Nice To Haves
- Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred, but willing to train
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
- Support nurses with routine patient care tasks
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure residents rooms are clean and safe. This includes all equipment as well
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and families
- Follow all healthcare regulations, safety standards and infection control procedures
