About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Licensed Nursing Assistants to provide one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their own homes in Nashua, NH and surrounding communities. The role offers $21–$23 per hour, daily pay, and flexible scheduling opportunities, including full-time, part-time weekend, long, and overnight shifts. Plenty of hours are available. LNAs assist clients with personal care, mobility, medication reminders, meals, light housekeeping, companionship, and daily activities. They follow individualized care plans and observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
Requirements
- Hold a current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license.
- Be dependable, compassionate, and patient.
- Be comfortable providing hands-on personal care.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be able to work independently in clients’ homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help with mobility and transfers.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Offer companionship and support with daily activities.
- Follow individualized care plans.
- Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
