About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide one-on-one care to clients in Manchester, NH and surrounding areas. This is a full-time position with guaranteed 40 hours every week, offering the consistency of full-time work while providing care in a more personal home setting. The role involves providing compassionate, hands-on care to help clients remain safe and independent at home.

Requirements

• Current LNA license
• Reliable and dependable
• Compassionate and patient
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Good communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes

Responsibilities

• Personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assistance with mobility and transfers
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship and support with daily activities
• Following the client's care plan
• Observing and reporting changes in condition
