Requirements
- Current NH LNA license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in clients' homes
- Dependable attendance and strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support that helps clients remain safely at home
- Personal care, bathing and dressing
- Mobility and transfers
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship
- Follow the client's care plan
- Report changes in condition
