About The Position
Preferred Professional Services (PPS) is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for per diem shifts in Long-Term Care and Rehab Facilities in the Rochester area. As an LNA, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and personalized care to residents. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring health, providing emotional support, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care. The role is within a growing network of short-term rehabilitation and long-term care centers.
Requirements
- Valid state Nursing Assistant License (LNA)
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring and recording vital signs
