You will provide one-on-one, compassionate care to clients in the comfort of their homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.
Requirements
- A current New Hampshire LNA license OR a minimum of 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience (Home health, assisted living, or long-term care preferred).
- A genuine, heartfelt desire to help others with a positive, respectful attitude.
- Dependable transportation to travel to client homes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and joyful companionship.
- Support patient assessments and monitor vital signs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (for LNAs).
- Help implement personalized client care plans to ensure safety and comfort.
