About The Position

BrightStar Care is hiring an LNA or caregiver to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. The role includes personal care and assistance with daily activities, as well as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. LNAs also support patient assessments and monitor vital signs under a Registered Nurse’s supervision. Caregivers help implement personalized care plans to promote client safety and comfort. Shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, or overnights, with flexible scheduling. The position offers weekly pay by direct deposit, clinical support from Registered Nurses, paid time off, and opportunities for ongoing training and career advancement.

Requirements

Hold a current New Hampshire LNA license or have at least one year of hands-on caregiving experience.
Have a genuine desire to help others and maintain a positive, respectful attitude.
Have dependable transportation for travel to clients’ homes.
Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.

Nice To Haves

Caregiving experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care.

Responsibilities

Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Provide companionship to clients.
For LNAs, support patient assessments and monitor vital signs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Help implement personalized client care plans to ensure safety and comfort.
