Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
A High school diploma or equivalent.
In Ohio, must be a Licensed Nurse.
A flexible, fun, energetic people person who is capable of projecting calm, care, & professionalism in all work-related situations!

Nice To Haves

One-year experience in a health care environment or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer medications to residents.
Assist with other aspects of residents' daily care and routine.
Properly store medications and equipment.
Keep the medication room clean and orderly.
Accurately maintain resident records regarding medication distribution.
Ensure prescription label and storage procedures meet state standards.
Monitor the health, safety, and well-being of residents.
Promptly report any changes in resident’s physical condition and/or behavior to Wellness Director.
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
