About The Position
Heritage Post Acute of Florence is seeking a dependable and compassionate RN or LPN to join our nursing team on second shift, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. This role involves providing quality nursing care to residents, administering medications and treatments, monitoring and documenting resident conditions, communicating changes to healthcare providers, and supervising/collaborating with CNAs and other nursing staff. Maintaining compliance with facility policies and state regulations is also a key responsibility.
Requirements
- Current, active South Carolina RN or LPN license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
