About The Position
Southfield Village, a part of Greencroft Communities, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN) for a part-time night shift position. Requirements
- Current Indiana LPN or RN license in good standing.
- A passion for providing exceptional care to seniors.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in geriatric or memory care is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents during the night shift.
- Monitor residents' health and respond to changes in condition.
- Implement and support individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with caregivers, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Build trusting relationships with residents and their families while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.
