Requirements

Maintain a current and active Cosmetologist License or Nail Technician License, allowing the performance of manicures, pedicures, and foot massages.
Follow spa protocols for all treatments, including guides for intake forms and treatment room procedures.
Create a calm and inviting atmosphere for guests to ensure a satisfying and relaxing experience.
Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including personal hygiene and spa sanitation practices.
Collaborate effectively with co-workers to create a cohesive, positive work environment.
Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing professional development and training.
Be self-motivated, flexible, committed, and a team player.
Enjoy working with a diverse clientele and provide customized services.
Be punctual, reliable, and flexible with scheduling based on airport needs.

Responsibilities

Perform manicures and pedicures, including nail cleaning, cutting, and shaping.
Paint fingernails and toenails with precision and care.
Recommend nail colors, rhinestones, and designs based on each customer’s style and preferences.
Remove previously applied polish and ensure nails are properly prepped for new applications.
Prepare and clean the beauty station in between appointments.
Sterilize all equipment before use to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Provide clients with information on additional services, promotions, and offers (including loyalty discounts).
Offer hand and foot massages to enhance the overall spa experience.
Up-sell additional treatments and beauty products when appropriate.
